			<title>New Meeting Location</title>
			<link>http://www.wordcatchers.org/content/view/58/</link>
			<description>We would like to thank Calvary Church (http://www.memphiscalvary.org/) of Cordova for their hospitality over the last couple of years. Calvary has allowed us to meet at their campus since the writers&amp;#39; group formed, and has always been a gracious host. As the group has grown, we feel the more central location of Germantown Library may better serve our ranks. Watch out though, Calvary, as we will likely come knocking on your door in November for National Novel Writing Month!

			<title>Publishing Credit - Jackie</title>
			<link>http://www.wordcatchers.org/content/view/60/</link>
			<description>
&amp;ldquo;A few can touch the magic string, and noisy fame is proud to win them: Alas for those that never sing, but die with all their music in them!&amp;rdquo; ~Oliver Wendell Holmes

We are very proud to share that Jackie has experienced a change in the nuance of her title. She may now claim to be a professional author with the sale of Hologram Bride to Orson Scott Card&amp;#39;s Intergalactic Medicine Show. (http://www.intergalacticmedicineshow.com/cgi-bin/mag.cgi?do=content article=home) The first part of her novella will appear in the January 09 issue, which may be purchased online.

			<description>Our own dear Anne was selected as the Grand Prize winner in the Naka Kon Iron Fic writing contest, with her short story, &amp;ldquo;Sunshine Through the Clouds&amp;rdquo;. A description of the contest can be found on their website. (http://naka-kon.com/contests) The iron part came because they had to perform (write) live, under pressure, and under a time limit! Congrats Anne! The announcement can be found on the Con forum. (http://naka-kon.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2193 postdays=0 postorder=asc start=15)

			<title>Publishing Credit - Jackie</title>
			<link>http://www.wordcatchers.org/content/view/56/</link>
			<description>Jackie had a story selected for the summer issue of Ankou (http://hometown.aol.com/iacpcontact/Ankou.html), the digest of the IACP. Emet Foley&amp;#39;s Baby is a tale of drama and hinted fantasy set in Searcy County, AR around the turn of the century. IACP is a great cause and you can read more about it on their website.
